On Thursday, 14 November 2013, in the evening at 17:51, in Kaunas, on Partizanų street near No. 166, a Volvo B10M-65 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 95-year-old pedestrian (severely injured, hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Volvo (28 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
