On Friday, 15 November 2013, in the evening at around 20:00, in Šiauliai, on Gegužių street near No. 29, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot Boxer, a Ford Galaxy and a Mazda 323. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
