On Saturday, 23 November 2013, at night at 23:12, in Vilnius, on Sakališkių street near No. 36, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and a Renault Megane. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Audi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He was drunk (2.10‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
