On Saturday, 23 November 2013, in the evening at 19:27, in Šiauliai, on Žemaitės street, at the junction with Dubijos street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. Two people were injured — a 60-year-old passenger of the Renault (treated as an outpatient) and a 6-year-old passenger of the Renault (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Citroen (21 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
