On Saturday, 30 November 2013, in the afternoon at 14:18, in Telšių district municipality, Eigirdžių town, on Gedimino street near No. 19, a BMW 525 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
