On Monday, 2 December 2013, in the evening at around 20:00, in Šilutės district municipality, on Liepų street near No. 13A, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Espace and an Opel Vectra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to choose a safe speed.
