On Sunday, 1 December 2013, in the morning at 6:20, in Kauno district municipality, Giraitės village, on Plento street, at a gas station, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Volvo (a citizen of Belarus), who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
