On Monday, 23 December 2013, in the morning at 10:37, in Jonavos district municipality, on the Kaunas–Zarasai–Daugpilis (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta k. pusė) main road (kilometre 20.98), a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
