On Friday, 31 January 2014, in the evening at 17:03, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Kutiškiai–Liutkiškiai–Dvarninkai regional road (kilometre 2.90), an Opel Zafira ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Opel (21 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident there was a blizzard, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
