On Wednesday, 12 February 2014, in the afternoon at 13:13, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Aristava–Sitkūnai main road (kilometre 29.20), a Scania BR112 registered in Poland hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Scania (a citizen of Poland) (20 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
