On Thursday, 13 February 2014, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Kaunas, on Islandijos pl. near No. 32, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Saab 9-3 and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Saab (4 years of driving experience), who failed to comply with road signs or markings and failed to give way when changing direction.
