On Tuesday, 25 February 2014, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Tauragės district municipality, Taurų village, on Verslininkų street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
