On Saturday, 15 March 2014, at night at 4:50, in Ukmergės district municipality, Radiškio village, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 0.48), a BMW 330 rolled over. Two people were injured — the 28-year-old driver of the BMW (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt) and a 30-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the BMW (4 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.57‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
