On Saturday, 5 April 2014, in the evening at around 19:00, in Pasvalio district municipality, Nairių farmstead, on Maučiuvio street near No. 13, in a yard, a bicycle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 10-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 16-year-old cyclist, who failed to keep a safe distance. The driver was sober.
