On Saturday, 12 April 2014, in the evening at around 19:00, in Skuodo district municipality, Vabalių village, on Šačių street near No. 13, a 021 rolled over. One person was injured — the 18-year-old driver of the 021 (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the 021, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.91‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
