On Thursday, 1 May 2014, in the evening at around 22:00, in Ukmergės district municipality, Vaivadiškių village, a Renault 19 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
