On Tuesday, 13 May 2014, at night at 4:39, in Raseinių district municipality, Milašaičių village, on Rūdupio street near No. 8, a Volvo V70 registered in Netherlands ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Volvo (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, there was fog, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
