On Sunday, 25 May 2014, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Vilnius, on Laisvės pr. near No. 60, a moped rolled over. One person was injured — a 16-year-old passenger of a moped (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
