On Sunday, 1 June 2014, in the evening at around 17:00, in Druskininkų municipality, Ringeliškės village, a Rover 800 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Rover (35 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.41‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
