On Thursday, 3 July 2014, at night at around 23:00, in Pagėgių municipality, Pakamonių village, on Kamanos street, a Qingqi QM50QT-3E ran off the road. Two people were injured — the 15-year-old driver of the Qingqi (hospitalized) and an 16-year-old other (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 15-year-old driver of the Qingqi, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
