On Thursday, 10 July 2014, in the evening at 22:53, in Pasvalio district municipality, Valdeikių village, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 0.70), a Mitsubishi Carisma rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.72‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
