On Sunday, 13 July 2014, in the afternoon at 14:10, in Rokiškio district municipality, on Vytauto street, a Fiat Ducato hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Fiat, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.97‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
