On Thursday, 24 July 2014, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, Noreikių village, on Lelijų street near No. 14, a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of a vehicle, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
