On Sunday, 24 August 2014, in the evening at 20:20, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Liaudiškiai–Mėnaičiai–Pašušvys–Grinkiškis regional road (kilometre 20.70), a Volkswagen Passat rolled over. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was raining, the road surface was wet.
