On Saturday, 30 August 2014, at night at 4:09, in Jonavos district municipality, on the Kaunas–Zarasai–Daugpilis main road (kilometre 24.95), a Renault Megane ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
