On Saturday, 6 September 2014, in the evening at around 19:00, in Šilutės district municipality, Okslindžių village, on the Juknaičiai–Pašyšiai–Kulėšai regional road (kilometre 0.89), at a railway crossing, a collision with a rail vehicle occurred.
