On Monday, 8 September 2014, in the evening at 22:07, in Vilniaus district municipality, Klevinės farmstead, on Debesų street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 318 and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
