On Wednesday, 1 October 2014, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. near No. 49, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Honda Civic and an Opel Astra Station Wagon. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 69-year-old driver of the Honda (36 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
