On Saturday, 18 October 2014, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kaunas, on K. Baršausko street near No. 69, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A6 and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Audi A6 (33 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
