On Sunday, 12 October 2014, in the evening at around 20:00, in Kelmės district municipality, Lykšilio village, on Rasų street near No. 13, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
