On Wednesday, 17 December 2014, in the morning at 8:20, in Kaunas, on Kovo 11-osios street near No. 26, a Mercedes-Benz E240 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 23-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 65-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties.
