On Friday, 19 December 2014, in the evening at 18:22, in Jurbarko district municipality, Šilinės village, on the Raseiniai–Šilinė national road (kilometre 34.98), a Nissan Qashqai ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the Nissan (15 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
