On Tuesday, 23 December 2014, in the morning at 7:30, in Kaunas, on Jotvingių street near No. 11, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the BMW (1 year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
