On Saturday, 20 December 2014, in the morning at 8:29, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Kėdainiai–Šėta–Ukmergė national road (kilometre 9.45), a Volkswagen Golf rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
