On Friday, 9 January 2015, in the afternoon at 14:30, in Pakruojo district municipality, on Vilniaus street, at the junction with S. Dariaus ir S. Girėno street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and an Opel Vectra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Opel Vectra (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to comply with road signs or markings. He fled the scene.
