On Wednesday, 14 January 2015, in the evening at around 20:00, in Prienų district municipality, on the Liepalotas–Ašminta–Pakuonis regional road (kilometre 11.80), an Audi A4 Avant rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.88‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
