On Saturday, 7 February 2015, at night at 23:39, in Klaipėda, on Pramonės street near No. 11, a BMW 730 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
