On Sunday, 8 February 2015, in the evening at 19:35, in Kaunas, on Obelynės street, at the junction with Judrėnų street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Transporter and an Audi 100. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He was drunk (2.51‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
