On Thursday, 12 February 2015, in the afternoon at 11:05, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Krekenava–Skėmai–Grinkiškis regional road (kilometre 21.90), a Toyota Hilux ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Toyota (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She fled the scene.
