On Monday, 16 February 2015, in the evening at 22:15, in Šiauliai, on M. K. Čiurlionio street near No. 16, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Opel (2 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.02‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
