On Saturday, 28 February 2015, at night at around 1:00, in Jonavos district municipality, Skarbinų village, on Kauno pl. near No. 20, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
