On Wednesday, 11 March 2015, in the evening at 19:05, in Plungės district municipality, Noriškių village, on Medelyno street near No. 37, an Opel Tigra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.55‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
