On Monday, 13 April 2015, in the afternoon at 12:11, in Tauragės district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 207.36), a BMW 730 ran off the road. One person was injured — a 54-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the BMW (21 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
