On Wednesday, 15 April 2015, in the evening at 19:09, in Ignalinos district municipality, Antalksnės village, a moped hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 14-year-old driver of a moped, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet.
