On Friday, 17 April 2015, in the evening at around 19:00, in Kaunas, on Marių street near No. 16, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Espace and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Renault (2 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
