On Sunday, 3 May 2015, in the afternoon at 15:30, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Pandėlys–Kazliškėlis regional road (kilometre 3.90), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Skoda Fabia and a Saab 9-3. One person died — a 59-year-old passenger of the Saab (was not wearing a seatbelt).
