On Monday, 4 May 2015, in the afternoon at 12:55, in Šilalės district municipality, Negėrų village, on the Skaudvilė–Upyna–Balsiai regional road (kilometre 18.79), an Opel Vectra-B hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
