On Monday, 4 May 2015, in the evening at 20:28, in Alytaus district municipality, on the Alytus–Seirijai–Lazdijai national road (kilometre 12), a DAF FT 95XF.430 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the DAF (33 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
