On Monday, 4 May 2015, in the afternoon at 15:58, in Šalčininkų district municipality, on the Sližiūnai–Gerviškės–Narkuškės regional road (kilometre 16.07), a BMW 530 D rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the BMW (19 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.50‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
