On Tuesday, 12 May 2015, in the afternoon at 14:35, in Trakų district municipality, on the Vilnius–Prienai–Marijampolė main road (kilometre 45), a Scania T 124LA registered in Poland ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Scania (a citizen of Poland) (18 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
